Child Photographer Injury/Medical costs.

We all know children can be clumsy creatures! Especially if you use props where a small child can fall from. But we all know a child can trip and fall just walking! If their fall lands them in the hospital for a checkup, the parents may hold you reliable for this and seek medical expenses to be paid. So having a good liability insurance for injury and medical is a great way to protect yourself and your assets. Especially if you are not an LLC. Which brings me to my next reason

Protecting your property with insurance for child photographers.

If a child is to get injured during a session, the parents can open a lawsuit against your business or you as an entity depending on what type of business you are registered as. If you are a DBA business, I would highly recommend insurance for child photography! As I mentioned before children are clumsy, full of life, daring and ready for adventure always!

Children on the porch

I absolutely loved watching Kayla so easily work with our four children and many animals! She captured our kids’ personalities so beautifully and managed the animals so easily, and that’s saying something when there’s a chicken, puppy, and two horses involved! The final prints are gorgeous; they half people in their tracks when they see the portraits on the walls. I highly recommend Kayla’s work.
